Do you buy non runners?

Yes, we buy any vehicle running or not!

Do you buy damaged vehicles?

Yes, we buy any vehicle no matter the damage/condition

Do you buy written off vehicles?

Yes, we are interested in written off vehicles no matter the current condition.

Do you buy Imported vehicles?

Yes, no matter where your vehicle was from we will still buy it. 

Can you buy vehicles from an absent or deceased family member?

Yes we can arrange purchase of vehicles from absentee or deceased estate’s all we need is proof that you are authorised to sell the vehicle, this could be a legal letter or proof that you are executor of the will or next of kin.  

Do you collect?

Yes, we collect free of charge. 

Will you haggle?

No, as long as there are no undisclosed significant faults with the vehicle we will simply make payment, load and go. Unlike others we won’t try and knock off £££’s for minor marks/scratches faults. 

How will I be paid?

We pay via instant bank transfer or cash, just let us know which you prefer.

Do you charge any transaction or processing fees?

No, we do not charge for any transaction or have any hidden fees, you will receive 100% of the agreed price.

Can you settle finance?

We settle finance via instant bank transfer to your finance provider.

Do you fill out the V5C and notify DVLA?

Yes, we will fill out the V5C, during DVLA opening hours (7am to 7pm) we will confirm the sale online with you on collection, outside these hours we will fill out the V5C3 Trade section for you to post. 

Will I get my tax back?

Yes, once the sale is completed and DVLA Notified they will automatically refund your tax, if you pay via direct debit this will be cancelled automatically, if you have paid in advance they will send a cheque for all full remaining months

When can I cancel my insurance?

As soon as your vehicle has been collected, our team and dealers have insurance in place to cover all vehicles as soon as they are in their possession. 

What do I need when selling my vehicle to you?

We will need all paperwork relevant to the vehicle, keys and any parts or spares that go with it. One form of photographic identification (Passport or Drivers license) and one proof of address (bank statement or utility bill). If paying by bank transfer we will also need your account details so we can pay you!

Do you share my contact details with anyone else?

No, absolutely not, the only time your details could be shared is for a 3rd party collection in which case we will ask for your permission first. 

What if I don't have any paperwork?

That is no problem, we will authenticate your vehicle internally and your sale will not be delayed.
